These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding public offer to enter into a distance sales agreement in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable legislation of the European Union, including EU consumer protection regulations. By placing an order and completing payment on the website, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller offers physical printed products, including but not limited to journals, planners and similar printed materials. Detailed descriptions, prices, currency and available options for each product are provided on the product page and/or during the checkout process.

4. Order Placement
Orders are placed independently by the Customer through the website by completing the order form and making payment. After successful payment, an order confirmation is sent to the Customer via email.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are indicated on the website unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. The Seller does not store or process payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout or communicated separately before order confirmation. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, logistics providers and customs procedures and may range from 7 to 40 business days. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control, including postal services, courier companies or customs authorities.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Returned goods must be unused, in their original condition and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the goods are defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The refund will be processed no later than 14 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.
